window isolines

hello everyone. I'm modelling the low part of my window. them is running without errors, but i have some really strange results and i I don't know what else to change. I've tried with fixing the boundary conditions , but there is domething wrong because the isolines are not entering into the framework... can some one help me? i can also send the file. thanks!
