Therm 7.7.12 Full Install

I'm try to run the full install of version 7.7.12 and receive the following error when I click on the download link on the website.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The link was pointing to a non-existent file (!) which is exactly what the error message said !

It should be fixed now -- you may have to refresh your browser for the new link to be available.

Let me know if you are still having problems.
