Hola, he descargado el software, pero no se abre. ¿El sistema operativo de la computadora es Windows 7 Home Preminum? Cuando intento abrir el archivo, se solicita que se abra el programa. Debo ejecutar este archivo de configuración. No puedo recordar cómo hacer esto. Ayuda apreciada.

It runs on Windows 7. Can you send a screen shot of what you are seeing? If the installation file that you downloaded does not have an ".exe" extension, your operating system may not know what type of file it is and won't know what to do with it once it's downloaded. If this is the case, you can rename the file to have the ".exe" extension on it. Make sure that you have Explorer (or whatever you are using to view files on your computer) set up so that it displays file extensions for all files, which is not usually the default setting.
