When I open this file in THERM 7.4, I get this message

Looking at the file once it is opened, seems like this polygon is the problem

Inline image 2

The way to highlight a given polygon is via Edit/Select Special

In the Select Special dialog box, type in the ID (in your case 10)

The program will highlight the polygon with that ID. And you can double click on the polygon to verify the ID

In order to fix the polygon that is the problem in your file, I would suggest deleting it and using the fill tool to create it again.
