Mesh Generation Error in THERM7 but not THERM6

Hello,

I am attempting to run a model in THERM 7.4, but I am running into the Quad Tree Mesh Parameter problem. Interestingly, the model runs fine in THERM 6.3. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
