I'm working in THERM7.6 and trying to become familiar with the command line.

I'm pretty comfortable using what is documented on the website but I'd like to take a deeper dive and really harness the power of the command line.

Basically I'd like open up a thmx file, define a location point, place a piece of glazing from C:\myFile\xxxxxx.mdb and then add X amount of glazing options to the frame.

I tried messing with the .ini file, but hit a road block.

I suspect that I may be able to export a window db/file from WINDOW command line, open up the xml file in THERM command line - but I'm not seeing an obvious path.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
John

I don't think you are going to be able to do this via the THERM command line with the THMX file, which doesn't have a definition for a specific WINDOW glazing system in it.

I would recommend using the THERM multiple glazing options feature to define multiple glazing systems for a specific file which THERM will then generate individual files for when simulated.
