Hi,
I'm using Windows 11 and I just reinstalled Therm 7.8.80, but when I try to open a file created in Freecad or Librecad it gives me an error of which I attach the screenshot. The file was saved as dxf by Freecad and as dxf R12 by Librecad. I even installed files
VC_redist.x86.exe
w_dpcpp_cpp_runtime_p_2023.2.0.49500.exe
after uninstalling the previous version of Therm.
The Filename does not have any period except for the one before dxf.
Where am I going wrong?
Thank you
Luca Bulfone

Can you provide the DXF file you are trying to import into THERM?

Grazie per avermi risposto .
in allegato un file che non riesco ad aprire in Therm, ma che riesco ad aprire ad es. in Autodesk DVGTrueView.

I am thinking maybe you didn't import the file as an underlay, using the File / Underlay menu option.

When I do that, the underlay is imported without issue.

Although it doesn't appear to autoconvert, which would create polygons. However, you can trace the underlay to create your model.
