Hi.
Is it possible to save mesh points with temperature value after calculation via command line?
I want to try use shaders to visulize temperature field in my program using exported data.

Yes. In Options->Preferences->Simulation check "Save Conrad results file". This will save .o file in the same folder where your thm is located.
