WINDOW LBNL Not working on my new PC

I have both THERM and WINDOW software on my previous system and recently, I changed my PC to a new and much powerful machine but unfortunately, I have not been able to use All versions of LBNL WINDOW software on my new PC. I have even downloaded all  the DLL libraries, but it is still not working. However, THERM is working fine. Could it be because I am using the Operating system Windows 11 Pro? Please, advise me and put me through.

Can you give more details about what the problem is with WINDOW and what version(s) of WINDOW you are trying to run? 

Screenshots of error message, etc, would be useful. 

There shouldn't be issues running THERM and WINDOW on Windows 11.

The issue is that the WINDOW doesn't appear in the search bar after Installation. Once I finish installing it and I want to run it, it won't appear as an installed application, but rather an as executable file. I have tried all means and I have downloaded the libraries but to no avail.

Once I search for it in the bar, it will bring the same file that I installed and it will have suffix .exe. and it won't run like a program. If I click it, another cycle of installation process will begin.

Meanwhile, my OS is window 11 Pro

in other words, the WINDOW LBNL is not getting installed in spite of the fact that I have installed it several times on my new PC

A few ideas from one of our programmers to see if it is actually installed. It could be installed but the search you are doing does not show it. 

1. From the Windows 11 Start menu, set the view to List

Then scroll down to LBNL Software, and see if WINDOW shows up there. If it does, you should be able to click on the WINDOW 7.8 icon (or whatever version you installed) and it should start the program. 

2. If for some reason you don't see the WINDOW program icon, or it won't run when you click on it, check to see that the program is actually installed on your computer by looking at this folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\LBNL\WINDOW7.8
