I can't calculate the heat flow

Hello. I am currently trying to calculate the heat flow in Therm and it seems like I am unable to do it. The program tells me that I should have at least 2 non-adiabatic boundary conditions to do a simulation, which I have, but it still won't work. Could someone please tell me why?

I am attaching the document here for a more clear view upon the issue
