hello everyone. i'm having some problems with this window frame, even if i have set the right geometry and materials , therm gives me these isolines that are really strange because the insulating layer is cold and che isolines are not going into the window frame. can someone help me? i can also send the file

Hi Elena,

Is the window frame thermally broken?

Was the IGU built in the WINDOW? Does it have Low-E or another energy-efficient coating?

I think the isotherms show results more clearly.
