Window download problem

Hi everyone

i have a problem download Window 7.8 because the "Redistributable Libraries for Intel Fortran 2019 compilers for Windows" link does not work. Do anyone have that app?

Looks like I need to, once again, figure out a good link. 

It is really a problem that we can't include these in our installation, due to licensing issues for those libraries. 

Apologies to all our users that they have to jump through these hoops.
