Heat flow units/result

Hi,

I don't understand why Therm is showing a heat flux of 19,8 W instead of 198 W, that is what you get doing U*Δt*lenght (in meters).

Any clues there?

Hi Jose.

Sorry, but if you multiply Utherm x Δt x lenght with your data you get exactly 19,8 W: 4,6351 W/m2K x 20 K x 0,21466 m = 19,89 W, or more precisely W/m
