trouble loading library file

Hello, I'm a user who is using THERM with appreciation.

I have replaced the computer this time, so I have installed THERM7.8.
However, when the program runs, the lib cannot be retrieved (gas.lib, material.lib), so there is a problem that you have to connect the lib manually. When you try to do the calculation after connecting it like that, you get an error message called 'Trouble opening file:', which is followed by a mesh error, which makes the calculation impossible.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the program does not fix the problem.

Please give me some advice on what to do.

Zugur is correct

This seems to be a problem that you don't have access to the Program Files (x86) folder that THERM needs to access.
