Therm 7.6: problem with print report

hi to all, 

I can't print the therm version 7.6 calc report.

I have windows 7 pro on my pc and windows 10 on an other pc.

With the same therm file (making with version 7.6), I can print the calculation report only with an old laptop with windows XP.

How I can solve the problem?

What report are you trying to print?

Is it the one from File/Report?

Or is it the Print / Print Preview that shows the actual model?

In THERM 7.6.01 (MS Windows 7 OS), I opened the sample-sill.thm file, that has calculated results, and when I click the File/Report menu option, the program generates the report.

I am also able to generate the Print Preview of the model
