Yes, of course it is.
After calculation has been successfully run you can manually explore the model's interior BC with the mouse and see temperature values in every node by selecting "View/Temperature at cursor": it is quite simple to find which is the minimum temperature
OR
in a more precise way you can set Therm to "Save Conrad results (.O)" in "Options/Preferences.../Simulation". Once the calculation is completed a text file with .O extension is saved in the .thm file's directory in which temperatures are listed for every node of the mesh Therm has created. To view node IDs you should select "Show node IDs" in "Calculation/Display Options"
