Error message: "Solution failed to converge. Try changing relaxation parameter or decrease convergence tolerance in ConRad"

Hello, when I try to calculate the U values, I get this error message saying "Solution failed to converge. Try changing relaxation parameter or decrease convergence tolerance in ConRad". 

I have adjusted relaxation parameter as per Therm Knowledge Base (https://windows.lbl.gov/software/therm/FAQ/therm7_faq.htm), from 1.0 to 0.9 by increment of 0.01, but this did not solve the issue. 

Could you please advise some other ways that can resolve this issue? Thank you so much in advance!

 

For your information, I am using version 7.5.1.
