When starting the simulation, Therm 7.1 pops up with this message:
"Can't find a point that lies inside of a polygon.  That polygon will be selected after pressing OK."

After pressing OK, "Calculation not successful" pops up.  Looked in the forum, the manual, no luck.

It is possible you have an overlap or a single isolated point somewhere in your Therm file. This is possible particularly if you autoconvert but I have also done it by accident when drawing. Try this, in view, uncheck materials colors and check polygon vertices. You may see a small polygon or even a point within another polygon. good hunting.

Paul

Email me your THERM file and I will see if I can find the problem.

Robin, Marles, thank you.  I redrew the assembly without the small radius (0.07") corners on the 2x wood members and that seemed to help.
