Men's League Trophy
Have what it takes to be the best in the 'burg?

Last year, the South Hills Guns rallied from a big deficit to take home the first ever ACES Cup. This year we welcome two new teams: the Eastern Outlaws (open registration) and the Morgantown Lizards.

Teams are filling up, so register today!

Winning League Champions will have their name put on the ACES Cup Men's Summer League Trophy at the Pittsburgh Lacrosse Store, and will be awarded Championship T-shirts.

All players will receive a 10% discount at the Pittsburgh Lacrosse Store for the duration of the league.

Details


Fee:  $95, includes team reversible, 2 refs per game, insurance, trainer, scorekeeper.

Place:  Tentative Field - Seton LaSalle High School (Turf)

Date:  Wednesday evenings, starting June 17. Five regular season games, two playoff games

Eligibility:   Must have graduated from High School '09 or earlier

Register 
A non-refundable $25 fee is due at time of registration (electronic check or credit card.) Balance is due on or before June 3.

There will be eight teams as follows: (maximum - 20 player per team)
 
South Hills Guns: All South Hills Schools, including Mt. Lebanon, USC, Canon Mac, Chartiers Valley, Bethel Park, Peters Twp.

North Hills Stars: All North Hills Schools, including North Allegheny, Sewickley, Shadyside, North Hills

Eastern Outlaws:  St. Vincent, Franklin Regional, Greensburg CC, Latrobe

Outer Limits: Butler County, Washington County, St. Vincent, Wheeling Jesuit, W & J and so on

Oakland Zoo: Pitt, CMU, Central Catholic, Robert Morris

All Day Lacrosse

Morgantown Lizards: Filled

William Penn Tavern: Filled

In most cases, we would appreciate you registering for the team that represents your geographical area. However, the team guidelines above are in no way exclusionary or without exception. We are simply trying to direct players in order to achieve some team balance as well as a sense of regional rivalry. You may sign up for any team except William Penn Tavern or Morgantown Lizards.
 
Summer league commissioner may modify rosters based on position needs and attempt to establish some competitive balance.

We will.  Thats why I'm getting the word out early.  Who's in so I can start a roster?  So far, for sure, I have:

Box in Morgantown will start May 30th.  Times are still TBA.

I only know whats on the thing I sent you.  I'll see if Brett can find out, he's the one that set us up in it.  I'm guessing in the evenings, i'm also guessing you send checks to Aces.

I did get a message today that said its been changed from Weds to Sundays.  I just asked Brett where the money needs to be send.  I'll e-mail as soon as I hear.

Well thats horrible news. I work every sunday, ill see what I can do
but i doubt ill be able to make very many games on sundays.

for sundays, i may be able to sub in, but with schedules crazy as they are right, it would be game by game (still happy to pay when i do).   keep updates coming and dates and times and player needs if your interested.

We are going to leave from the coliseum at 630 and head up.  I guess our game got pushed back to 930 so as long as that still works we'll head out then.  White shorts work.
