Hi all!!

Anil, the segmentation stuff was really good. However i have an idea,dont know how far it would be useful for us though!

Why don't we have a live  chat option in our website! This would help the customers to a large extent and would make their work easier.

If suppose we have a good employee who has the capability of attracting many people, make use of our services then i think this could prove to be beneficial!

I m sorry if the idea was not on par with the standards your looking for! I feel this innate idea can prove to be a prudent decision!
