I am just listening to the videos and making notes as I listed. !8. Entrepreneurial Sales is really good. At least a couple of points stand out.
1. Around 5:50 into the video Chuck Eesley makes the point that inventors are so psyched about their product, they forget the pitfalls to adoption – something I am learning the hard way! L
2. Measuring and demonstrating the benefits to customers – several places
3. About 7:15 Chuck talks about Users vs. Customers. I think that definitely applies to us. What we are calling Clients, he calls Users.
Overall really worth listening to.
