Acupuncture promotes natural healing. It can enhance recuperative power and immunity, support physical and emotional health, and improve overall function and well-being. It is a safe, painless and effective way to treat a wide variety of medical problems. This has two effects - First it stimulates specific nerves which transmit electrical impulses via the spinal cord and brain, to the diseased area. Secondly, it stimulates release of chemical substances from brain centres to form the body's own mechanism for pain relief.

Cupping is utilized to pain, ease scar tissue profound inside muscles and connective tissues, and decrease swelling and muscle ties. There are many diseases that can be treated successfully by Acupuncture or its related treatments in our clinic.
A therapeutic cupping treatment involves warming and placing cups, usually made of glass, on the skin. By warming the air within the cup, A vacuum is created, and when it is applied to the skin, the tissue is drawn up into the cup.
This increases the blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, and is thought to stimulate healing. It is similar to the way deep tissue massage can be used to break up scar tissue and reduce the pain.
The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. Cupping may cause temporary bruising and soreness, depending upon the degree of suction created by the vacuum and the level of internal stagnation
According to Dematologist in Delhi, this would be a favorable outcome, suggesting the treatment has successfully removed toxins and stagnation. The cups are removed by lifting one edge, which allows air in and breaks the seal and vacuum.
It is the stagnation of qi and blood that causes pain and disease. Cupping invigorates the local circulation of qi and blood in the area being treated, resolving swelling, pain, and tension. By drawing impurities to the surface, it removes toxins.
From a Western physiology perspective, cupping loosens connective tissue or fascia and stimulated blood flow to the surface. Cupping therapy stimulates tissue relaxation and better cell-to-cell communication.
During a cupping treatment in Delhi, a cup is placed on the skin and then heated or suctioned onto the skin. The cup is often heated with fire using alcohol, herbs, or paper that is placed directly into the cup.
The fire source is removed and the heated cup is placed with the open side directly on your skin. Some modern cupping practitioners have shifted to using rubber pumps to create suction versus more traditional heat methods.
When the hot cup is placed on your skin, the air inside the cup cools and creates a vacuum that draws the skin and muscle upward into the cup. Your skin may turn red as the blood vessels respond to the change in pressure.
With dry cupping, the cup is set in place for a set time, usually between 5 to 10 minutes. With wet cupping, cups are usually only in place for a few minutes before the practitioner removes the cup and makes a small incision to draw blood.
After the cups are removed, the practitioner may cover the previously cupped areas with ointment and bandages. This helps prevent infection. Any bruising or other marks usually go away within 10 days of the session.
After the treatment, the skin around the rim of the cup may become irritated and bruised in a circular pattern. You may also have pain at incision sites or feel lightheaded or dizzy shortly after your session.
Infection is always a risk after undergoing cupping treatment. The risk is small and is usually avoided if your practitioner follows the right methods for cleaning your skin and controlling infection before and after your session.
Your dermatologist should wear an apron, disposable gloves, and goggles or other eye protection. They should also use clean equipment and be vaccinated to ensure protection against certain diseases, like hepatitis and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
Relaxation: suction cups provide a negative pressure on the skin, muscles, and fascia. This is in contrast to the positive pressure of the deep tissue massage, and can be a very relaxing and soothing experience.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Gautam: Hello, everyone and welcome back to our Arbitral Insights podcast series. And I'm delighted today to have as our guest, Sudhir Mishra, the managing partner of Trust Legal in New Delhi. Hello, Sudhir.
Gautam: Well, it's wonderful to have you and I'm delighted that you accepted our invitation to be on this podcast. I've been wanting to do a podcast with you for a long time and for many reasons. But there's one major reason and that is that you amongst other things, have a great reputation and specialism in environmental law and you are very well regarded and rightly so well regarded. One of the foremost experts on Indian environmental law and you have a great affinity for this area. And I, and in the course of this discussion today, I would like to uh engage with you in a discussion around how arbitration and environmental law meet and what the future is for the resolution of environmental law disputes by arbitration. And we'll talk about that and about a number of other things. But before I do all of that about environmental law, just a quick few words about you, for our listeners. For those of our listeners who don't know you or haven't come across you before. Sudhir, apart from being a wonderful person, and I must say that is his greatest attribute in my view. He's a wonderful human being. He's also a wonderful lawyer and his firm Trust Legal uh has a number of very, very good specialisms uh including dispute resolution of many kinds, but also environmental law. And one thing that we're not going to talk about in this podcast with regret is that also it's a very well regarded firm in the area of media and entertainment law. But uh but we are going to be focusing on some other areas today with Sudhir because in fact, I could do a whole series of podcasts with Sudhir. We, we could do the Sudhir Mishra podcast series. Such is the range of issues which he could talk about, but Sudhir set up Trust Legal many years ago and it's now rightly a very well respected firm in India and Sudhir, as I mentioned, is an expert amongst other things in environmental law. Uh So it really is wonderful to have you with us on this podcast. Sudhir. Let me, first of all, ask you a little bit about your background if you could tell our listeners because it's always interesting to, to know how things began because things always begin from somewhere. And I know a lot about you myself, but I want the listeners to know a little bit about your backstory. So a little bit about your background and how you found the law or indeed, how the law found you. So I'll hand over to you Sudhir.
