to Lawsuit ComputerTraining.com vs Microsoft
On Dec 31st, ComputerTraining.edu, formerly known as
ComputerTraining.com closed their doors and let down all their
students and staff. This is not the first time the school has run
into trouble, in 2003 they came under a Microsoft investigation
because they were posting the answers to the MCSE exam questions on
their Mastermind website. David Rau, the owner is named in the suit
claiming copyright infringement. Attached files to this group show
the details of the lawsuit.
