Hi team,

Has anyone had experience with HDB rental under the new ethnic quota rule and able to help? Checked with 2 HDB officers and they told me different things.

- Current lease ends 9May'14.
- The ethnic quota check is for the current month of check only right? So if I check in April but TA signed in May, have to recheck the quota in May?
- From HDB side, they'll check the ethnic quota based on date of TA or based on HDB application by landlord (based on application date or submission date?)

I have a EA flat in Bukit Panjiang , Blk 466 Segar Road.The house is  High floor , Greenery,Quiet . full furniture and Aircon . very comfortable an good environment ,The owner is Chinese and prefer small  family or not more than 4 person in total. not Indian or Philipine . if anyone got the match, please contact with Danile Yin 91394260.
