In case you haven't seen it, in the wake of the GoGaRuCo/pr0ngate
scandal of a couple of weeks ago a group of developers hoping to
foster and highlight a more positive community of Rails developers.

I'm feeling pretty encouraged about this--definitely worth keeping an
eye on. Maybe there are contributions we can make as a group, too.
