Hi Everyone,

I hope that you all have been wintering well. Spring is upon us, and it is time to begin thinking and planning for the upcoming growing season. We have been doing some work there over the winter.  As most of you probably saw, we took down the fence on the east side and are in the middle of replacing it (warm days have been few and far between, so it is a work-in-progress).

I know that conversation on this Google Group isn't too crazy, but I have been talking to people around town and a lot of people are excited to join us in growing at the community garden.  I am wondering a few things going forward: does everyone that has an individual plot plan to continue to grow in that space this year?  And, if not, please let me know and we can expand the communal space to meet the needs of more gardeners.

I think it would serve us all well if we could get together for a meeting sometime this March and talk about the growing season.  We have been throwing some ideas around about changing things up, and I would to get everyone together to discuss.  Nothing too crazy, but I do believe everyone's input is very important. What do you all think?  We can make it a potluck-style meeting to add some fun and food to the equation.

Please let me know if this is something that you would all be interested in and propose some dates to get together.  Sundays are always good for me, as are Monday afternoons..

Best,
Becky

Awesome.

I am planning to grow in my usual spot again this year. Monday afternoons/evenings work well for me too. I can reserve us a meeting room at LPL if we want to get together at the library. Thanks, Becky!

Thanks, Michael!
