Water Problems

Hey Everyone,

So, the water at the garden is turned off.  I went down to City Hall today and discovered that the Oread Neighborhood Association quit paying the bill months ago.  With all of the late fees and the nonsense, the bill is $199.54, and will accrue a $20 late fee every month.  They won't turn the water back on with any partial payments or any payment plan, so we need to pay the entire bill to get water.  The only good news is, it's been raining a lot.  

Any who, if anyone has any fundraising ideas, I would love to brainstorm about that!  I am willing to pitch in what I can to pay it, but I won't be able to pay all of it.  If any of you can pitch in anything, that would be fantastic!
