GardenYouthWhat is a Self Propelled Lawn Mower Actually
When you desire a beautifully trimmed yard, you have a lawn mower, and you are clueless about what to do with it, it can be a frustrating experience. If you are a first-timer, just trying it out, the experience can be a scary one: the fear of damaging the machine, because of your amateurish handling. Whichever way it is, don’t be afraid, I got you covered. Read through this article and make your next usage of that lawn mower be no different from a pro’s.

Every time before you use your lawn mower, inspect it to know if it’s in good shape and condition. Confirm to know if there are no leakages, damage, and corrosion. Remember to also check if your spark plug is properly inserted. Refill fuel level if necessary.

Prime your lawn mower. Prime your engine before starting. This allows a small amount of fuel to squirt and be evenly distributed in the machine, especially the carburetor. This ensures the engine is jerked back to life when you turn on the ignition.
Pull your ripcord. Most gasoline lawn mowers come with a pull cord that you need to yank to start it. When you do this, the cord spins the mower blades to life, causes a spark in the spark plug and ignites the fuel in your carburetor.
