More than 4 years ago, "Dr. Sam Kennedy" and his "file 1099-OID tax returns" was being promoted heavily in this movement, and the only people who opposed such was me and Cryer. Our predictions have proven true, and now it appears that there has never been a program in this movement that has caused more indictments.  I attach 4 indictments.

What is the next insane scam that will keep criminal investigators busy?

Guys,

I have had to defend too many who followed lots of the garbage in the movement. For example, instead of enjoying a Christmas season, last December I had to defend in Philly a man who sent IBoEs to the IRS. My client was assisted by Kevin Mahoney in Mass, who was a follower of Cindy Beers. I asked Mahoney to be a witness for the defense and he refused for obvious reasons: he too had been indicted and was recently sentenced to about 5 years.

I have a trial coming up in Florida involving 1099-OID tax returns. It sure would be nice to have Dr. Sam Kennedy testify, but of course he is in hiding now. Any way to persuade him to testify?
