Although the oral arguments are over
in Roman Pino v. BNYM, our job is not. The Florida Supreme
Court is now deliberating (deciding on their adjudication)
and it is critical that we send them a message that the
people of this State, and across the Nation, do not agree
that it is acceptable for anyone to file fraudulent
documents in any Court and, if caught red handed, be given the
opportunity to voluntarily dismiss the case so they can regroup
and make a second attempt to defraud homeowners of their right
to a fair adjudication of each case on its merits.
We've now seen by
watching the oral arguments live (you can watch them here: http://wfsu.org/gavel2gavel/archives/flash/viewcase.php?case=11-697), that Florida's
Supreme Court Justices are operating in the same manner as
the Circuit Court Judges, by continuing to discount acts of
fraud by applying their rhetoric and calling those documents
"robo-signed" suggesting that somehow it's not quite as bad
as everyone is making it out to be. The fact is...Fraud is
Fraud.
If you haven't
already signed the petition, please do so now so we can make
it clear to them that we expect our State leaders to protect
"We, the People", by simply not allowing the massive frauds
and frauds in our Courts to continue without fear of
retribution. The corporate control of our Judiciary must be
stopped.
Please sign now if you haven't already, and email
a link to the petition to everyone you think might care
about the rampant fraud and judicial abuse that continues
to plague our Courts. The Hanging Together for Justice
Foundation thanks you for your continued support.
