I just love reading jack’s messages like this one.  He has hammered members of the bar for driving a kangaroo court initiative against him to get him disbarred.  Their minions violated law and procedure every step of the way.  That includes the Supremes who wrongly declared him vexations and stripped away his CUSA first amendment and his CSF (Florida) Article I Section 21 right of access to the court.  Good manners prevents us from maledicting them as bottom-feeding bastardi.

Now he wants to collect on an claim against the bar’s insurance carrier, Nationwide.  If they continue ignoring him, he will surely sue them.  Any bets on whether that will get him anywhere?

Re:  Involvement of Nationwide in Bad Faith, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, and Conspiracy to Deprive a Citizen of His Civil Rights

Dear Ms. Hatler:

Your company has until five o’clock pm this coming Friday, November 13, to agree to speak with me regarding resolution of the above matter arising out of the tortious, illegal conduct of your insured, The Florida Bar.

Nationwide’s bad faith refusal even to communicate with me about this is shocking but typical of the bad apples within the insurance industry.

Regards, Jack Thompson
