There are at least 2 types of people in the freedom movement. The intellectual type demands the presentation of legal arguments with facts and real legal authority. To them, if it cannot be proven, it is just a theory. But, then there are others types of people: idiots like you. They say “to hell with facts, authority and proof, it is a lot more fun just to invent stuff, and then mislead people.” Most can be a part of the first category, as all they have to do is demand proof from those who advocate some argument. But then we have the idiots like you: they are lost causes.
Ever since I encountered you, it has been your insane mission to constantly throw some of the wildest and craziest theories that appear to me to be the product of a syphilitic mind tripping on acid. You assume some bankruptcy of the United States, a matter of which I have knowledge regarding how that insane idea first got started in the movement. Let me explain.
Probably about 12 years ago, some conman put words in the mouth of James Traficant. It was alleged that in 1993, he made some statement in the Congressional Record which I have posted here:

You can plainly see (if you can read) that the info at the first above link is false. The story about the 1933 bankruptcy was clearly a fabrication.
But as soon as people began to understand that the Congressional Record story was false, the promoters of this insanity invented the very story you promote now. But of course, a believer in this baseless theory must accept on blind faith the factual basis for this argument; none of it can be proven. And you run around on the Net loudly screaming this junk, thus demonstrating what an idiot you are. And if you cannot convert some gullible fool to your insane belief system, they become your enemies. I am glad to be one of your enemies because you obviously have not been taking your lithium tablets.
Now, as an example of your brilliance, you argue that we are all the res of a trust. You obviously know nothing about trust law. Only property can be the subject of a trust, not people.
You also follow patriot myths about national banks. In 1863, Congress enacted the national banking act, but most banks today are not national. To satisfy you, I wanted to find the number of national banks that exist today, and I found a website here:

I have counted the number of national banks in America (as of 2008) and that number appears to me to be 1651, out of a total number of American banks of about 8500. I have lived all my life in Madison County, Alabama, and there was only one national bank here when I grew up, and it vanished decades ago. But, it appears from the way you scream that every bank is a national bank. This is just one example of how you, with your warped manner of thinking, invent stuff that serves only to mislead people. Are you a conman, too?
Please tell me what institutions exist in Florida where the insane are committed. Somebody needs to file a petition to have you committed because it is obvious that you are insane.
The problem for the freedom movement is that slimy bastards like you invent utter garbage and promote it to the gullible. This gets lots of people into trouble and I am damn tired of having to clean-up the legal messes created by people that truly need to be committed to the insane asylum.
