Hi All:

We are seeking a chair for a panel on transpacific radical organizing and thinking, particularly during the first half of the twentieth century. We are trained as historians of both Asia, the Pacific, and US. and the World. We are especially interested in exploring the role of transpacific connections as shaping revolutionary thoughts and movements against both empire and capital. Our panel's geographical sites include Japan, the Philippines, Hawai'i, and the North American west coast.
