attorney wanted to fight rick buchanan et al

Greetings.
As some of you may know, Rick Buchanan, aka lysander spooner, is one of the
gods of the usenet. With absolutely no authority to back him, he cancels
posts made by various individuals.
Most of which is spam.
However, upon request, he will cancel anyone's post. Without regards to
anything.

In the past few days, Mr. Buchanan and I have been battling each other in
news.admin.net-abuse.usenet.

Why? Simply because I posted using a fake e-mail addy with the name of
another poster in the group.

There is more to this than can be stated here.

Having publicly stated numerous times, that my ISP was then MSN, and that I
would be cancelling the service on Monday the 26th of April, due to moving
to another state, Mr. Buchanan and others could not wait. They wrote to MSN
complaining of my current and past actions. Content I do not know of yet.
Nor have I heard from MSN about this matter.

The e-mail addy in question was newly parked at hostinghouse.com and was
not, nor is it yet, regestired with internic as a properly owned domain
name. The proposed owner of the name claiming he had copyrights to the name
and thusly, any and all e-mails to that address.

This person then called in the big guns of mr. buchanan and insisted upon my
posts being cancelled.

I have been falsely accused of many things, ridiculed and harassed by these
two persons over the usenet unjustly. My reputation has been damaged
worldwide, my full name, home address and phone number have been plastered
on the usenet for any one to see.

Mr. buchanan even went so far as to trace down a former address of mine
where new people now live and know nothing of this BS.

If any attorneys out there who are willng to take on such a civil case,
please note, I will sue Mr. Buchanan et al, for no less than $10,000,000 usa
in seeking justice to clear my name and for him especially, to lose his
privileges on the internet altogether.

This is no joke.
I am serious.

Since Mr. Buchanan and the other party have already posted my current
address, which is going to change shortly, I may as well post it here
myself.

Only serious inquiries will be responded to. All others will be trashed.

You're spending far too much time getting irritated over something as
chickenshit as this.

I don't know if you are aware, but there are several other Richard B's and
richbulls in the world. Some, I would venture, have far more to lose than
you as a result of scurrilous remarks and postings.

You may be damaging your reputation more than they are by posting such a
