Another open warning letter to the murderers/assassins in the surveillance
stations/system on 4/24/99

In my previous articles, I have proven that current surveillance system
has become a life control system since (1970s) remote electrical method
and inducing-death techniques have been used in the surveillance system
(please see detail on my web-site Part I).

That's because by using remote electrical method and inducing-death
techniques, not only can corrupted LEO (law enforcement officers) &
operatives manipulate people's health (manipulate the activation
mechanism of human organism or different body functions), but they also
can kill people's lives.

Based on NIJ report, the information of 4/94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN report,
MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993, and NEXUS magazine, it prove that state &
local law enforcement have used the mind control equipment (microwave
voice equipment-Voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave,
infrasound, radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc.)
on civilians. Therefore, state and local law enforcement have
become mind control basic units. police officers become life controllers
of local people.

In March, 1993, the National Institute of Justice [NIJ]--(an office
of Janet Reno's Justice Department), issued a report titled: "NIJ
Initiative On Less-Than-Lethal Weapons." The Department is now
encouraging local and state police organizations to utilize Soviet-KGB
psychotronic, electromagnetic and mind control weapons against their
local citizenry. Targets for these KGB weapons include "domestic
disturbances" meaning that mind-control devices are
even to be utilized against family arguments.
The reports stated: "Short-term research will be completed
TO ADOPT MILITARY TECHNOLOGIES TO USE BY DOMESTIC LAW
ENFORCEMENT...including LASER, MICROWAVE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC" WEAPONS.

The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported: "Federal researchers are now
investigating a broad array of non-lethal devices
including...LOW-FREQUENCY 'INFRASOUND' GENERATORS POWERFUL ENOUGH TO
TRIGGER NAUSEA OR DIARRHEA,...electronics-disrupting pulses of
electromagnetic radiation..and biological agents that can chew up
crops."

MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, in November, 1993, a three
day top-secret non-lethal weapons conference took place in the
Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland.
400 scientists gathered at this University Applied Physics Lab to
discuss their work in developing nonlethal weapons technologies
including radio-frequency radiation (RF), electromagnetic pulse (EMP)
weapon, ELF, lasers and chemical. The meeting was classified.
The meeting was attended by Attorney General Janet Reno, numerous
scientist, military weapons experts, intelligence officials from
state and local police departments.
The main purposes of the meeting was to prepare leading law enforcement
officials for the use of psychotronic mind-control weapons.

Amongst the subjects covered at the conference were "RADIO-FREQUENCY
WEAPONS, HIGH POWERED MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGY, ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGY"
(used to transmit subliminal voices into a victims head), VOICE
SYNTHESIS, and APPLICATION OF EXTREME FREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC
FIELDS TO NON-LETHAL WEAPONS." Col. John B. Alexander, Program
Manager for Non-Lethal (psychotronic) Defense, Los Alamos National
Laboratory, served as PRESENT DAY, U.S. Government use of
electromagnetic weapons was described conference chairman.

Why do I call these weapons life-control weapons instead of "nonlethal"
weapons?

That's because the operating frequency (radiation) and intensity setting
of these weapons can be adjusted and used to manipulate citizens' health
or induce death on citizens (when these weapons are used on high-settings)
& make the deaths look like the result of natural causes.

I would use two of the weapons mentioned above as examples to further
clarify my point.

1. Infrasound weapon:

Defense News reported that on Dec. 15, 1992, Janet Morris stated that she
and the Richmond, Virginia-based International Health-line Corporation
"have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials about the
Russian capabilities, which Morris said could include hand-held devices
for purposes of special operations, crowd control and anti-personal
actions." (infrasound weapon-Alan Yu note).

Morris reported that this particular weapon creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND
WAVES that cannot be offset by protective gear These devices appear to work
at the Very Low Frequency (VLF) spectrum, the same frequency range as
generated by the sinister U.S. Gwen (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system
of transmitters.

Furthermore, according to Col. John B. Alexander, describing Soviet
development of psychotronic weapons, Alexander stated: "The ability to ...
CAUSE DEATH can be transmitted over distances, thus inducing illness or
death for no apparent reason." These "weapons would be able to induce
illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. ...The psychotronic
weapon would be silent (and) difficult to detect.

The above words proves that the infrasound weapon is used to secretly
manipulate citizens' lives (either induce illness or death).

According to above report, this infrasound weapon use the very low frequency
wave and creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by
protective gear" because you can hardly feel it. Sine the target will not
know this weapon being used on him/her, it has obviously shown that such
kind of weapon is not used for crowd-control.
Why?

In order for a crowd-control weapon to be effective, it must generate pains
or fear in the targeted people. So, it must easily generate pains on the
crowds in order to get them to disperse. Otherwise, the crowd won't be
fear these weapons and continuously stay at scene.
Therefore, such kind of infrasound weapon of corrupted LEO is obviously
mainly used to secretly manipulate citizens' lives in surveillance system
without victims' knowledge.

Furthermore, according to victims' report & my own experiences, the
infrasound weapon not only has been used for remote life manipulation from
surveillance stations/system, but lately the infrasound weapon can be
transmitted in water (since 1999).

Such kind of new technology is different from the infrasound weapons
previously used by US operatives. That's because they originally used
infrasound weapons (got the technology from Russia) can be blocked with
water. To build water wall to defend the infrasound weapon has been used
by me very effectively (based on my own experience from being attacked in
US).
However, since 1999, the corrupted LEO & operatives start to use the new
technology of infrasound weapon to attack me when I was sleeping. And I
found that the infrasound weapon can penetrate my defense equipment (water
wall). It proves that the infrasound wave of the new weapon can be
transmitted in water.

According to information from news report, it should learn (or input) from
China oversea LEO who involved with life control surveillance system (That's
because there is no national border between life controllers).

According to the above report, the new infrasound weapon's wave can be
transmitted in water, air & ground. Therefore, the new infrasound weapon
can be used to attack their target everywhere when it is used to attack a
target in home (from bath-room living room to bed-room).

Such kind of infrasound weapon can be used to induce different kind of
organ dysfunction (kidney, heart, liver dysfunction, etc.) on a target
after it is used on a target a period of time.
Therefore, I do believe that it is very dangerous time to me & my family
when the corrupted LEO & operatives use this weapon attack me everyday.

2. Laser weapon: The laser beam can penetrate anything and it can be used to
injure
victims.

The laser beam weapons not only can penetrate everything, but it also can cause
serious
injury on the victim without leaving external evidence.

From HEADLINE News (10/21/97), the CNN affiliate, did a story on laser eye
surgery on eye patients and showed that the surgeries left no injured
evidence (on the eyes). This means that after the laser surgery had been
performed on the patient's eyes, it doesn't leave any evidence of injury
which can be seen by human's normal vision (because the width of the laser
beam is so small, and it only burn off the very top layer of the eye balls).

Generally, classified technologies are ahead of civilian technologies by
at least five years. So, if civilian scientists have successfully
developed this laser surgery technology, it has shown that the US life
controllers must have similar capabilities for many years. Such kind
of laser beam attack can be used by the US life controllers to injure the
citizens' hearts or kidneys to quickly induce heart or kidney dysfunction
(on the targeted people).

Also, laser gun (or beam) weapon can be used to injure seriously & quickly
victims without leaving external injured evidence. That's why the corrupted
LEO & operatives can use this laser weapon to manipulate people's lives in
surveillance system and avoid being held responsible by the law..

Comparing with victims' reports and my own experiences of being injured
with laser beam, the US life controllers usually use this weapon to quickly
induce heart dysfunction & kidney dysfunction on their victims.

From above new reports, it also prove that corrupted polices have used this
weapon to
control local citizens' lives in surveillance system.
3. Radio-frequency weapon --This powerful and deadly weapon have been
mainly used to destroy a victim's heart function anywhere (to murder people
as if the result of natural causes--e.g., heart attack). That's because
the radio-frequency weapon generate powerful radiation that can be used to
destroy the function of the targeted person's heart. This can make the
target to die from heart failure and as if s/he had a heart attack on the
surface. Furthermore, this radio-frequency weapon can be used to kill
the target up to a kilometer away.

warned that the Soviets might be close to "a prototype short-range tactical
RF [radio frequency] weapon." The Washington Post reported that year that
the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range.
The Pentagon, it turns out, has been pursuing similar devices since the
1960s.

If the hidden emitters of such kind of weapon have been installed on lights
poles (at 1 kilometer interval such that they have installed the hidden
emitter on one light pole every kilometer along the road), then the
operatives can murder any victim (including suspecting victims who has no

According to above report, the US has been pursuing similar devices (as
radio-frequency weapon) since 1960s. It has shown similar device should
have been developed and secretly used by US life controllers in the late
1960s.

How is this weapon used?
There are two ways to kill a victim with the radio-frequency weapon.

(1). The corrupted LEO & operatives can focus the radio- frequency as a
narrow beam (about the size of US quarter- coin) and strike on the target's
heart from victim's upper chest (the attack location mostly near neck). The
powerful narrow beam of radio-frequency intensity will be increased to
penetrate a target's chest and destroy the heart function or cause heart
failure, so the person appear to die from a heart-attack on the surface.

Under such kind of attack, the radio-frequency will make target to feel pain,
heaviness, tightness, or squeezing in the chest.

Also, the target will always feel a strong pressure which focus on his heart.
This strong pressure is obviously from outside (attack from the angle of
above-the strong pressure should be caused by the narrow beam of
radio-frequency), a senior citizen or an unknowing person will be killed
immediately.

In 1969, James Earl Ray (real name, Ryan) was pressured by his lawyers to
plead guilty to killing Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ray's lawyers have
promised him a lot of things, including large sums of money through the sale
of a book. Later, Ray wrote to Memphis judge Preston Battle and requested
permission to withdraw his guilty plea and stand trial, which would have
opened up the whole conspiracy, including the mystery man, Raoul.

Under Tennessee law, it would have been *only* Judge Battle, as the
sentencing judge, who would grant such a review. As he was considering the
case, Judge Battle was found dead, laying over Ray's petition! Supposedly,
"heart failure"! (We call *that* a "CIA heart attack").

Ray spent *years* winding around the courts, trying to get a *trial*! Finally,
in 1976, a three-judge federal appeals court panel was hearing the case.

was in favor of forcing state authorities to re-open the Ray case. As he was
later working on the decision, Judge Miller died -- supposedly a "heart
attack". Then the other two judges issued a written opinion of the court
rejecting Ray's appeal! They said Judge Miller, by then dead, had agreed
with them before he died; we have only their word for it.

We believe both Judge Battle and Judge Miller were murdered at crucial
points in the Ray case.

The Patty Hearst case went up for grabs because the trial judge, Oliver J.
Carter, died of an alleged "heart attack" just before passing final sentence.
Kept out of the trial was documentation showing the involvement of the CIA
with the so-called "Symbionese Liberation Army", interwoven in the case.
Instrumental in the cover-up were stories of *Chicago Tribune* reporter Ron
Cosio(sp?), *linked* to the federal spy network.

Based on above news reports, it have confirmed that corrupted police
officers have been using this deadly weapon to control local people's lives.

Second example, in 1995, a former head of Taiwan's National
Security Bureau died of a "heart-attack" in a public bath
pool in Taipei. This death occurred two days after he
announced that he would write a memoir. His widow claimed
that "her husband has never had any heart problems in his
life" (supported by the history of his health record) and
requested an autopsy to be performed in order to determine
the true cause of his death.

Unfortunately, the invisible sound or radiation wave
weapons (so called nonlethal weapons) leave no external
injured evidence. Therefore, beside the autopsy saying
that the victim died of heart failure, the widow found
nothing.
Based on the widow's claim and the way which her husband
died, this case had attracted a lot of attention. Based
on insider information, the victim was killed by Taiwan's
corrupted LEO & operatives to avoid the life control surveillance
system secret from being exposed.

(2). The corrupted LEO & operatives can use the radio- frequency weapon to
attack a target's heart muscle from target's back. The powerful
radio-frequency will force the target's heart beat to increase dramatically.
The artificial heart attack will have the symptoms of sweating, weakness,
nausea, etc. That's because the radio-frequency could attack on different
part of body.
The corrupted LEO & operatives will then increase the intensity of the
rado-frequency weapon on their target in order to force victim's heart beat
increase extreme high. The sudden abnormal & extremely high heart beat
rate will cause the victim's heart to fail. This is achieved (when the high
frequency is focused on the victim's heart muscle) causing the person's heart
beat to increase continuously until the heart fails (thus killing the
victim).
It means that this weapon can destroy a target's heart function (cause
victim's heart to stop working) with two different ways in a kilometer
range.

It can either be used to kill the targeted person directly by destroy his/her
heart function, so the person appears to die from "heart attack" on the
surface; or force the target heart beat increase dramatically (extremely high
heart beat will increase continuously until victim's heart fails). It will
force the victim to have abnormal heart beat and cause the person to die
from heart failure.
For example, The FL. Governor Lawton Chiles' death (please see detail on
my web page-Part XVI or Part XII- (B2)).

After FL. Governor Lawton Chiles' life could be manipulated & assassinated
in his second term from surveillance station (system), it has proven that
everyone's health, life can also be manipulated by the corrupted LEO &
operatives in surveillance stations (system) without most victims' knowledge.

The above information proves that these lethal sound & radiation wave
weapons are intentionally mis-named as "nonlethal" weapons in order to
avoid regulation of law then use to manipulate & control citizens' lives.

We cannot allow the existence of two different sets of laws in which
one set of laws will punish criminals for murder while another
set of laws allow the involved LEO & operatives from surveillance
stations/system to murder citizens with impunity.

This evening (4-24-99) 6:00 pm., the involved LEO & operatives use the
infrasound weapon, sounic weapon & laser gun attack me to induice kidney
dysfunction or heart dysfunction from surveillance stations/system.

Some of them have used the lasrer gun secretly injure the back (muscle) of
my heart in order to quickly induce the heart dysfunction.

If I were killed, the murderers are the involved LEO & operatives (including
the oversea involved LEO of Taiwan & China in US and their operatives who
are mostly recruited from Taiwan/China immigrant business owners/managers
in US). These recruited operatives from immigrants business owners/managers
have been naturalized US citizens but they become basic members of
international life control group.
For example, according to victim's report, the manager of Ming Garddarn
Resturant is a such kind of operative -618 North Union Street. Wilmington,
DE.19805. And the Ms. Wen-Yun Folower hill Road, Gaithersburg, Marland)

That's because in the life control surveillance system, these naturalized .
citizens not only work for local involved LEO, but they also work for the
foreign LED (the country that these original immigrants were from) at
oversea (For example, Taiwan the head of oversea involved LEO in US is
Mr. Shoun-Youn Chiang-the youngest son of former President Chiang Ching-Kuo
in west of US and the head of involved LEO is Mr. Doun is in the east of US).
Why are these naturalized citizens (business owners/managers) allowed to be
recruited as operatives by foreign LEO at oversea (US)?

It is their secret agreement between the involved LEO of different
countries in order to keep their oversea citizens under closed surveillance
& control.

Why do they mostly recruit business owners/managers as operatives?

That's because the recruited operatives' business stores can be used as
working place on a life control or mind control target.
Also, the recruited operatives from naturalized citizens (business
owners/managers) can be the communicated channel of local LEO & foreign
LEO (oversea) in life control surveillance system.

To protect the interests or secret of international life control group, the
local involved LEO, the foreign involved LEO (oversea) & recruited
operatives rather commit crime to induce death from surveillance
station/system on anyone who interfere with their interests.

However, since US Constitution guarantee that people's rights of life &
liberty cannot be deprived without due process of law, it has proven that
the corrupted LEO & operatives induce illness or death on citizens with
the sound & radiation wave weapons from surveillance stations/system
obviously commit murder (or attempted murder). I want to warn these
corrupted LEO & operatives to stop their crimes of inducing illness and/or
death. That's because the criminal cases can be prosecuted directly without
victims' application.

If you visit me from surveillance stations/system, I won't be surprised.
That's because you have been known to be an undercover agent of FBI.
Also, I know that you have laser weapon and has used on me once from
surveillance station/system. However, you stopped while you knew that
I was aware of it.

time.

Now, I would ask you a question after I heard that Mr. Glenn Wilburn
(who was the grandfather of two children victims in OKC Bombing) had
passed away before the OKC grand jury concluded.

Could you tell that was Mr. Glenn Wilburn killed with inducing
illness/death technique from surveillance station/system by some
corrupted LEO & operatives?

If you ask that why I have this question, I can explain with following
words.

According to news report, Mr. Glenn Wilburn's age was in mid-forties.
He should have been induced death from surveillance station/system to
avoid
some conspiracy of OKC Bombing being exposed by his personal
investigation.
Otherwise, he should not die before the OKC grand jury investigation
concluded.

Furthermore, after remote life manipulation has been operated in
surveillance
stations/system for over two decades, the corrupted LEO & operatives
have
accustomed to use the remote life manipulation method to eliminate their
opponents (& avoid being punished by law).

Therefore, to eliminate those citizens (who know the corrupted LEO's
crime,
corruption or oppose their interests) with remote life manipulation
techniques from surveilance stations/system become the popular tactics
of
life controllers (involved LEO & operatives) in surveillance system.

Another victims are a couple, they are Glenn and Kathy Wilburn.
The couple were just normal citizens, respectful of the authorities,
until their two grandchildren were blown up in the day-care centre of
the Murrah Federal Building on April 19 last year.

The Wilburns, both in their mid-forties, spend their free time
conducting their own private investigation into the Oklahoma
bombing. These couple complain on TV that they believe they have
been phone taped and tracked after they investigate the case of
"Federal building bombing" of Oklahoma City.

With God as my witness, I would say that life control surveillance
system
& remote life manipulation exists and is currently being used on law
abiding citizens. This conclusion is made based on facts (which have
been reported in newspaper articles, books written by scientists, books
regarding covert researches, articles from professional journals, etc).
I have reported the abuses of life control surveillance system & remote
life manipulation (and this type of technologies) in my articles to my
best knowledge. Therefore, I will never change my conclusion on the
subject of life control.

The first objective of life controllers is to control & manipulate
people's lives in order to secretly eliminate those people who know of
life controllers' crimes or whom the life controllers dislike (they
will make it looks as if the victim die of natural causes).

The life control system is the Taiwan's national surveillance system
from
the early of 1960s. This should be the same in the US and many other
"free countries" (The mind machine was acquired from the US by Taiwan's
security officers. In Taiwan, the name of mind machine is translated as
"Psychological Language Machine." In Mandarin Chinese it is pronounced
as "Sing_Lee_Yue_Yan_Gee," Its chinese name means the machine can be
used
to read human mind).

Accusing others as insane without evidence is the "trademark" of life
controllers. (If any corrupted law enforcement officer declare anyone
as "insane" and the social security department do not put these
individuals
in the welfare program as disable people, then it only represent a kind
of
political suppression or false accusation to discredit someone.
That' because the local law enforcement is the basic unit of mind

That's because by using remote electrical method and inducing-death

day top-secret non-lethal weapons conference took place in the
Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland.
400 scientists gathered at this University Applied Physics Lab to
discuss their work in developing nonlethal weapons technologies
including radio-frequency radiation (RF), electromagnetic pulse (EMP)
weapon, ELF, lasers and chemical. The meeting was classified.

The above reports has proven that mind control equipment(microwave
voices equipment, voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave,
radio-frequency weapon, EMP, etc.) have been used by state and local law

To stop my web-site reporting remote life manipulation in surveillance
statiosn/system, the involved LEO & operatives are using the microwave
voices equipment & ELF to play mind game on me and try to drive me mad
(since 4-20-99 to 4-27-99). It is their tactic to drive me mad then
falsely accuse me a mentally ill person then dismiss my information from
people.

Now, I would describe their mind control tactics with following five
methods.

First method: The noisy way.
By using microwave equipment & mind reading technique (see below attachment or
see detail on my web Part X), the operatives can talk to their target and know
the target's mind. At same time, a group persons will create noise to deliver
the target when a operative deliver microwave voice to the target's brain to
talk. The operatives will use this way to deliver messages to the target's
brain and talk.
Therefore, it will cause the target always hear the noise (e.g.. sounds like
hum) when the target hear microwave voice message. After a period of talking,
the operatives will use this way to wears out the energy of the target. When
the target is tired, the operatives will change different person to deliver
message (talk to the target) in order to confuse their target.
At last, the target will become confusing for these voice of operatives but
only remember the create noise which never be changed (the noise's sound like
hum, hum,hum,....etc.)

be removed and transferred to another body (consciousness to read the human

According to insider information, the latest read mind technique is below:
Based on power beaming system technology, the involved LEO & operatives
will power the ELF (to create the artificial environment around the human
target) from the ground (where the target stand or sit) to the air.
Therefore, the target's thoughts can be removed from his brain into the
air then be delivered into the brain of a life controller. Therefore,
life controllers can know any targeted person's thoughts immediately.

The second method: By using mind reading technique to deliver the operatives'
synchronizing thoughts (same as the target) to their target with microwave
voice to drive people mad

By using advanced mind reading technique (as above attachment) to transfer the
target's thoughts to another operative (according to insider information, the
operatives can know the target's thoughts at the same time -synchronizing
time). Therefore, the operatives can deliver the synchronizing thoughts (same
as target) with microwave voice to their target (wherever the target is) and
the content of microwave voice is exactly same as the target's thoughts.
This tactic can easily mislead unsuspecting people to consider themselves

The third method: Silent voice way.
By using the advanced mind reading technique (as above attachment & it's
following explanation), the involved LEO & operatives can know their target's
thoughts at same
time when the target is thinking (synchronizing thoughts).
The involved LEO & operatives will reversely use the same technique as above
(the advanced mind reading technique) to transfer the operatives' own thoughts
to their target.
It means that the involved LEO & operatives can use the ELF to create an
artificial environment around the operative, then transfer the operative's

Therefore, their target can read the operative's thoughts (as silent voices of
the operative) in the target's mind.
Thus, the operative can use this tactic to continuously transfer operative's
own thoughts to a unsuspecting target or transfer the operative's thoughts

This way, the operatives can always make their target to hear the silent voice

wherever the unsuspecting target goes. By using such kind of tactic, the
involved LEO & operatives can drive an unsuspecting target mad.

The fourth method:Reducing voice way.
The operatives will use the first method (the advanced mind reading technique &

microwave voice equipment ) to deliver their microwave voice (or transfer
operative's thoughts) to their target . After the target become tired and
confuse with the delivering message of operatives. The operatives will slowly
change the microwave voice from whisper to silence.
Why?
The operatives will reduce the target's hearing of their microwave voices in
order to drive the target mad. The way is to stop talking (after deliver
whispering microwave voice) to the target a short time and change to deliver
the silent message to the target with mind reading technique reversely (i.e.
transferring the operative's thoughts to the target). The operatives will keep
this way a period of time (it means that the operatives will keep changing
their tactics from delivering microwave voice to their target then become using
mind reading technique reversely to transfer the operative's special thoughts
to their target). This reducing voices tactic will continue until the
unsuspecting target become
confusing that are there really some operatives talking to him (with microwave
voice)? or even confuse that an operative deliver message to him when the

The fifth method:By using the ELF's illusion to drive people mad

By sending ELF to the target in order to change victim's thoughts, it
can create illusion (picture) on the target's brain.

This method is mostly used to drive a religious person mad.
That's because a religious person will believe that he/her might suddenly
communicate with God (e.g. see God's picture or get God's direction) from
his/her own mind (or brain) while he prays.

Therefore, the operatives can use the special ELF (Extreme low frequency)
which describe a picture with brain electric pulse (linking with eyes-see
detail on following attachment) on their target to create a God's picture
(illusion) in a religious target's brain (mind).

A San Diego Hospital has been conducting experiments for CIA for two
years on how the human brain reacts to what the eyes see. The volunteers

different brain waves pattern. The computer can then determine which pictures
are familiar and which are not even if the subject says nothing.

The experiments have an accuracy rate was 80 percents so far. At that

Please read carefully those sentence which has been the

Relations (CFR) and clarify it.

This report opens discussion of use of these invisible

sound or radiation wave weapons (so called "nonlethal

weapon") against terrorists and drug traffickers.

The CFR report recommends that "this be done secretly so
that the victims do not know where the attack is from, or
if there even is an attack."

Let's read the main clause of above sentence carefully-
"this be done secretly so that the victims do not know
where the attack is from." This proves that the law
enforcement officers (& operatives) can use the invisible
wave weapon to attack the victims, and the victims will not
know "where the attack is from ". That's because this
attack done so secretly". It means these weapons
use sound and radiation wave (which cannot be seen with the
human eyes) to injure the targeted person.

One individual (driven to extremes of stress by ongoing electronic
harassment focusing on her children) killed one child in an effort
to protect her from further pain.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an
employee of a local power company that , if she value the lives of
her children, she would drop the her opposition to the company's
installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the
individual 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of
pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization treatment of illness
which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this
individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of
externally induced auditory input.

The experiences of these victims tell us that these victims
did not know where the attack was from (even when they know
that they were being injured). The facts of these cases
are in agreement with the recommendation made in the CFR
report. Hence, it proves that the corrupted life
controllers do have these capabilities to manipulate and
injure citizens without their knowledge. Since the victims
(mentioned in McKinney's report) could be injured by life
controllers without victims' knowledge, it has proven that
the CFR report is true.

Now, let's read the subordinate clause of CFR's
recommendation carefully-"or if there even is an attack."
This indicates that these invisible sound or radiation wave
weapons can be used on the victims without the victims'
knowledge.

It means that after the LEO & operatives used the sound or
radiation wave weapons to manipulate the victims' lives (or
attack the victims), the victims do not even know that if
there were attacks (on them). This is why the corrupted
LEO & operatives can manipulate people's lives with the sound or
radiation wave weapons. This is how the corrupted LEO & operatives
manipulate citizens' health, activities, or even kill these
victims in the surveillance system (stations) remotely
(without the victims' knowledge).

Since most of victims and their families do not know that
the victims' injuries, health problems, and death were
caused by the corrupted LEO & operatives, this has shown why our
society do not know of these corrupted LEO's (& operatives') crimes.

The above CFR document has formally confirmed that the law
enforcement officers (operatives) can use the sound or
radiation wave weapon to manipulate people's lives without
people's knowledge. This is one way that these "nonlethal
weapons" (life control weapons) are used on citizens. This
method is used when the targeted people are unaware people
who don't know that their health are being manipulated.
Once these people become aware that their health and lives
are being manipulated, these corrupted officers change the
way these "nonlethal weapons" (life control weapons) are
used. These "nonlethal weapons" would then be used to
inflict extreme pains on the victims (to torture these
victims). This is to intimidate the victims into
submission (such as the case mentioned in the Microwave
Harassment article in which the mother was driven to kill
her own daughter to protect her from further sufferings).

Although this information of CFR tell us that the sound or
radiation wave (so called nonlethal) weapons are the
specially designed by government to be used against
terrorists and drug traffickers, these career officers
(LEO) and operatives can also use it to manipulate people'
lives .

Let's review the victim's case discussed above again (from
the "Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation"
by Julianne McKinney).

One case involve a citizen who was being suppressed because
of her opposition for installation of high power lines.
Even the children of this citizen were injured with these
sound or radiation wave weapons (the so-called "nonlethal
weapons"). But, she was not a terrorist or drug trafficker
nor were her children. So, this proves that to pursue
their own interests, the corrupted LEO & operatives would
and have abused these weapons on any law abiding citizen
with complete disregard of the law.

How dare they use these sound or radiation weapons on law
abiding citizens?

That's because above CFR's information has proven that these
sound or radiation wave weapons can be used to injure
victims from any direction without victims' knowledge. So,
these corrupted LEO & operatives do not fear that they will
be caught for manipulating law abiding citizens' lives.

Furthermore, this nonlethal weapons' report of CFR and the
report of victims has also proven that the law enforcement
officers are local citizens' masters because they control citizens'

injuries can only be caused by these nonlethal weapons
users and the report of CFR does prove that the sound or
radiation wave weapons currently are in the hands of law
enforcement officers (LEO).

sound or radiation weapons on real terrorists or drug-

World Trade Center Bombing Friday, February 26, 1993
(Reuter) -
A bomb blast ripped through the parking garage of the
landmark World Trade Center on Friday, killing seven
people, injuring as many as 700 and setting off a terrorist
security alert.
The 12:18 p.m. EST (1718 GMT) explosion ripped through
three levels in the underground parking garage and started
a fire that sent smoke spiraling through the twin 110-story
towers of the complex.

CONSPIRACY THEORY : The FBI facilitated and allowed the
World Trade Center bombing to happen when they could have
stopped it.

FACTS: As reported by The New York Times (and CNN), Mr.
Salem, a 43-year-old former Egyptian Army officer, was used
by the FBI to infiltrate the terrorists later charged in
the Trade Center bombing.
The original plan told to Mr. Salem was that his job was to
see to it that fake explosives were used, then the bombers
would be busted for planting what they thought was a real
bomb with no possibility of anybody getting hurt. A good
plan. Mr. Salem secretly tape-recorded hundreds of
hours of his telephonic communications with authorities
without their knowledge.

The recordings reveal that the FBI changed the original
plan and told Mr. Salem NOT to use the fake explosives but
to use REAL explosives. The FBI agent who told him to use
real explosives was adamant about this.
I saw and heard this on CNN in '93 and could not believe my
eyes and ears, I thought, "We'll never hear the end of
this." Boy was I wrong, it totally disappeared. Alas,
there is an excerpt of some of this that was printed
in The New York Times (10/28/93) available at:

While these recordings were played in preliminary court
hearings, they were barred from the actual trial because
Mr. Salem made them without the permission of the FBI
agents. The govt can bug you without your permission, but
the opposite is not also true -- that's tyranny.

The tapes exist, and they prove that the FBI de facto
orchestrated the bombing of the World Trade Center, an act
that would result in massive new police powers for the FBI.
However, because the tapes were barred from court, the
media simply pretends they don't exist and the truth is
forever nullified from the official GovtMedia story, exiled
to the dark allies of seedy conspiracy theory.

They say that tens of thousands would have died if the
truck-bomb had been able to park in the spot the bombers
had reserved, right next to a key column, but when they got
there a car had taken their spot. I'd like to think someone
knew about this and parked the car there to saves the lives
of thousands of people.

The obvious mistake is that LEO neither stop the bombing in
advance (after Mr. Salem had notified the LEO that the bomb
has been installed), nor did the LEO notify those people,
who worked in World Trade Center, to escape.

The former President Eisenhower had been worried that some
ambitious officers might use the fear of enemy to increase
their own power and influences. The bombing of World Trade
Center and the reaction of the publics toward this attack
is the type of the situation which President Eisenhower
was concerned about. The public are misinformed about the
what really caused the tragedy and are manipulated.

The public need to examine these events closely to avoid
giving these corrupted LEO more powers because of some
illogical crimes (which might be manipulated by these LEO
to expand their powers and privileges (such as getting more
funding, manpower, weapons, etc for the life control
surveillance system to suppress their opponents).

The above case also prove that LEO might use under-
surveillance criminals or terrorists to create serious
crime, then use the fear of terrorists to increase their
own power, funding, manpower and influences.

It has shown the corrupted LEO will not follow the law and
only enforce their own will to pursue their own interests
and disregard justice.

This case also shows that the corrupted LEO didn't use
these sound or radiation (so called nonlethal) weapons on
the real terrorists to stop their crimes even after the LEO
had infiltrated the terrorist organization.

Furthermore, according to news report, Judge Wayne Alleyand
and Mr. Harvy Weathers (who is an officer of Oklahoma City
Fire Dept.) knew the bombing would occur in advance.

stated that Judge Wayne Alley, whose officer is right
across from the Murrah building, was warned several days
prior to the blast by "security specialists" to take
"special Precautions". This story has never resurfaced.

of the Oklahoma City Fire Dept., said that the fire
department had received a call from the FBI prior to the

outside the courthouse across the street from the Oklahoma
Federal Building while he was driving to his office at 8:55
A.M. This search was very through and occurred right
before the bomb exploded (The bomb exploded at 9:02 A.M.)".

The ABC program 20/20 recently reported (1/17/97) on its
investigation into the claim that the federal government
had prior knowledge of the Murrah Building bombing:

Perhaps most shocking, the 20/20 investigation discovered
that someone had called the Executive Secretariat's Office
at the Justice Department in Washington D.C. to report the
Murrah Building bombing 24 minutes before the blast. 20/20
quoted on screen the official government document reading:

The Department of Justice...received
a telephone call...twenty-four minutes
prior to the bombing... The caller said,
"The federal building in Oklahoma City
has just been bombed."

20/20 anchor Tom Jarrel then noted that "no action was
apparently taken" by the Justice Department in response to
that strange emergency call minutes before the blast.

The above three sources of information (Nexus Magazine,
EXTRA, and 20/20) prove that the law enforcement officers
(from the top to the local) knew that the bombing would
occur in advance.
Therefore, we must ask the following question:

Why didn't the LEO neither use the sound & radiation wave weapons to

stop this crime, nor notify the federal employees in the OKC Murrah
Federal building to evacuate because of the impending bombing (prior to
the bombing)?

Comparing above situation, it only shows us that the corrupted LEO
would risk or cost federal employees' lives to pursue their own
interests (increase the publics' fear of terrorist in order to expand
their own power, funding, manpower and influence- The OKC Bombing
had made the Counter Terrorism Bill to pass easily through
US Congress).

Comparing above case, the corrupted LEO didn't use the
sound or radiation wave weapons on these real terrorists to
stop their crimes.
It only shows us LEO would risk or cost the lives Of
regular officers & citizens to pursue their own interests.

Since these LEO (& operatives) didn't use these invisible

any terrorist in the cases of NY World Trade Center Bombing
& OKC Bombing, it has shown that these weapons actually (or
real purpose) are used to manipulate or kill regular
people's lives in surveillance system.

know of their corruption, crimes & whom LEO dislike.

However, the LEO still claim that these weapons will be

can request our government to develop & transfer more of

Dear Mr. Yu; What you say may be true but you have to consider that
this is all very expensive and the subject has got to be worth the
controllers time. I live near Los Alamos in N.M. and they say mind
control on a subject that is deemed worthy e.g. worth their time, can
be done very simply. Inside your computer in an oscillator called the
clock. Every computer has one. They run a trace on the printed
circuiit board (a trace is like a wire or circuit path) from the clock
to a small coil. At this point the clock speed is doubled. Both ends
of the coil run to the base of two transistors. At this point the
clock signal power is increased up to athousand fold and the clock
speed at this point is quadrupled. This signal is run into a small
metal cavity (smaller than a dime) where the strong oscillations are
increased into the microwave range. Its very simple, ande works the
same as cellular phone's oscillator works. O.K. so now we have a
source of microwave radiation of up to 5 watts, which believe me, is
plenty. They can also use this source of oscillations to run a small
tuned receiver on your computer's motherboard. They then begin
broadcasting from your computer by using a virus program that they
installed secretly at another time. What they do is find the resonant
frequency of either fillings in your teeth or if there are any pieces
of metal in your body, which they can also secretly install by
bushwacking you. But usually its the fillings in your teeth. The only
reason for the microwave, is that the higher the frequency, the less
power it takes to send a signal the same distance. Your brain, works
at about only 30 hertz, and so they have to modulate one of the
sidebands of the microwave signal coming form your computer to implant
the message. This is first done by testing for feedback via the
resonant frequency of the fillings in your teeth. The sideband
signals, there are two, are counter pulsed to the left and right sides
of the upper jaw, thereby strobing the left and right sides of the
brain. This is how the subliminal messages are implanted, and also
they can cause brain damage by pulsing the left right signals at
certain speeds and power. Its very inexpensive, and they can check up
on you everytime you turn on your computer, through the virus program
they send as attachments to messages you receive. Actually, and
confidentially, I would be flattered if THEY considerd me worthy of

motive when the government decided the populace was ready for computer
technology. You can of course open your computer and dissable the
microwave cavity by tracing to it from the computer's clock. You can
also just disconnect your computer, but, I am afraid while it is on,

"nonlethal" weapons?

manipulate citizens' health (when it is used on low
setting) or induce death on citizens (when these weapons

result of natural causes.

it can be used to injure victims.

The laser beam weapons not only can penetrate everything,

but it also can cause seriously injury on the victim
without leaving external evidence.

From HEADLINE News (10/21/97), the CNN affiliate, did a
story on laser eye surgery on eye patients and showed that

the surgery left no injured evidence (on the eyes). This

means that after the laser surgery had been performed on
the patient's eyes, it doesn't leave any evidence of injury
which can be seen by human's normal vision (because the
width of the laser beam is so small, and it only burn off

the very top layer of the eye).

We know that classified technology will be ahead of
civilian technology by at least five years. So, if

civilian scientists have successfully developed this laser
surgery technology, it has shown that the US life
controllers must have similar capabilities for many years.
Such kind of laser beam attack can be used by the US life
controllers to injure the citizens' hearts or kidneys to

induce heart or kidney dysfunction (on the targeted

Also, laser weapon can be used to seriously & quickly
injure victims without leaving external injured evidence.

According to Defense news reported that on Dec. 15, 1992,
