Please see the following message from Maurice Smith, Education and Mooting Chairperson;

The Art of Mooting will be on display this semester and the Law Society invites you to participate in this grand spectacle as the best and brightest in the Faculty compete for prizes and the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Year Mooting Championship Title for 2010/2011.

Teams may register on or before January 29^th 2011 by sending the following information to mooting.l...@gmail.com :

1.     Names of the Two (2) Team Members

2.     One (1) Reserve Team Member (optional)

3.     Year Group

4.     Email Addresses and Telephone Numbers of Team Members

5.     Brief Profile of Team Members for Media Reports and Competition Programme (Nationality, D.O.B, and the area of law one would like to practice in the future.)

The Opening Ceremony/Distribution of Team Packages and Fact Patterns will be held on February 7^th 2011 in the Faculty. (time to follow)

The Grand Finals and Awards Ceremony to be held on March 1^st 2011, during Law Week 2011

The fact patterns this year promise to be both intellectually stimulating and exciting!
