First of all many apologies for the delay. But it was much harder than
i thought. In the attachment you can find the first draft of the
timeline of the events. Many people hasn't send their speakers yet,
please check the list and try to send us the names of the speakers
before Friday. And also please check if the languages mentioned are
correct, the size of the room is suitable for you etc. and if you have
any problem with the mentioned time, let us know. But please also
consider that it is very hard to make the program if you consider the
needs of many different people, so please ask us to modify the time if
only you have a very very good reason.

500 people 750 Euros
400 people 600 Euros
300 people 450 Euros
250 people 375 Euros
200 people 300 Euros
150 people 225 Euros
120 people 180 Euros
100 people 150 Euros
50-75 people (workshop) 75 Euros
Also you can pay 250 Euros organization registration Fee to the same
account too.
