is boot.ci.type="bca.simple" "bias-corrected bootstrap"?

Hi, is boot.ci.type="bca.simple" the same as "bias-corrected bootstrap" in MacKinnon et al. 2004?

Yes, admittedly confusing, but BCa without the acceleration = BC.
