package ‘lavaan’ is not available (for R version 3.3.1)

Hi, 

Is lavaan available for R version 3.3.1? I have been trying to install the package from R studio using :

install.packages("lavaan", dependencies = TRUE)

install.packages("lavaan") 

install.packages("lavaan", repos="http://cran.at.r-project.org/") 

I always get the following error message:

Warning in install.packages :
  package ‘lavaan’ is not available (for R version 3.3.1)

You need to upgrade R. Lavaan depends on a newer version.
