Unbalanced DATA

I have a data set that is unbalanced. Some variables have NA values.

X1 X2 ... X25 ... X34

1 1 ... NA ... NA

1 1 ... 10 ... 3.5

1 1 ... 12 ... 2

1 1 ... NA ... NA

At the end of the analysis, the results also contain NA values.

Is there a solution to this problem?
