Hello! As i read on this page of lavaan website  that this instrument can't work with hierarchical model. Is this information about situation with hierarchical model right and actual ? Do you work with hierarchical model in lavaan?

Hierarchical should be understood here as 'clustered' or 'nested' data.
For these type of data, see the lavaan.survey package.

But (as your message title suggest), you mean higher-order CFA, sure
lavaan can do this.

(I will change 'hierachical' in 'clustered' on the web page)

Yves.

I have a chapter forthcoming on Factor Analysis, including higher-order and hierarchical models, that has includes lavaan syntax for the models. If you email me backchannel, I can send it to you.
