is it possible in multiple group analysis of RI-CLMP to constrain standardized cross-lagged effect?

Hi,
I am a Phd student running a project with RI-CLMP. I want to compare two groups as a way to check the moderation effect of this grouping variable, and I prefer to directly estimate standardized AR and CL instead of a post-hoc standardization. https://jeroendmulder.github.io/RI-CLPM/lavaan.html#barchi2-test Can the constrained standardized cross-lagged effects syntax template provided on the RI-CLMP extensions page be used to perform multiple group analysis?
I also wonder why in the syntax, there is no setting of fixing the observed indicator residual variances to zero in the templates since each indicator loads on both RI and its within factor?
