For R users interested in exploring how AI tools can support their everyday workflows, we are offering a hands-on online workshop: “Integrating Large Language Model Tools into R Workflows” on 4 August.

The workshop will cover practical ways to use LLMs for:
• generating, editing, documenting, and troubleshooting R code
• assisting with data cleaning and visualization
• integrating AI tools into RStudio and Positron workflows
• working with model APIs directly from R
• exploring advanced use cases such as structured data extraction from PDFs
The focus is on practical, responsible, and reproducible use of LLMs in research workflows. No prior LLM experience is needed—basic R experience is enough.
