Good morning,
Please include the following announcement from the Mental Health Champions in today's broadcast. Thank you!
Today’s focus for Mental Health Week is Growth.
Think of a time when you faced a significant challenge. Often, we see obstacles as signs to stop, but in reality, they are opportunities to learn more about our own strength and what we need to move forward.
Challenges are a natural part of life, and while they don’t always disappear, we can develop the skills to navigate through them. It is important to remember that you don't have to face these moments alone; reaching out for support is a key part of personal growth.
By focusing on the process rather than just the end goal, we build a healthier relationship with ourselves and our work.
And now, here's today Mental Health Question of the Day: (cut to video provided by Charlotte J)
