Good morning,

Please include the following announcement from the Mental Health Champions in today's broadcast. Thank you!

Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Week, a time to focus on open dialogue about mental health, something we all experience. This week's theme is "Coming Together", encouraging us all to build stronger connections which, in turn, have a positive impact on our mental health. When we prioritize our well-being, we create a stronger foundation for all the other important events in our lives.

In an effort to support student well-being and reduce stigma and isolation, this week, the Mental Health Champions are featuring a "Question of the Day" series. Here is today's question: (cut to video provided by Charlotte J.)

(After video) Today at lunch, the Mental Health Champions invite people to build and strengthen connections by coming to Art Room 149 to make friendship bracelets.   No bracelet making experience required. Please bring your creativity and positive attitude!  See you there!
