Last week was a big week for Sir Wil esports.

Lancers 2 picked up a big win in the last game of the season on Wednesday but unfortunately just missed out on the playoffs.

Lancers 1 qualified for tier 2 of Saturday's  provincial playoffs. They were dominant,  winning all their games in the round robin and earned a seat at the final. The finals was a best of 3 format and Sir Wil handedly took the first game, but lost the second game to the OLB Hurricanes. In the winner take all final game, Sir Wil came together and beat the Hurricanes.

Congratulations to Hayden Doucette, Alex MacLean-Butts, Christian Dowd, Kyriakos Grigoropoulos, Charlie Bourque, Jarno Melson and team captain, Chritopher Seaman on their gold medals.

Next month the e-sports team will be back in action playing Rocket League where they will attempt to defend their provincial title. New members are always welcome.
