Good morning,
Please include the following announcement from the Mental Health Champions in today's broadcast. Thank you!
It's Mental Health Week and today is Tune-in Tuesday. Our theme this week is "Coming Together" and building stronger connections. We can build stronger connections with ourselves by practicing awareness, tuning in and checking in with ourselves. Before the day gets busy, take a moment to notice how you are feeling. Checking in helps us understand our needs before we face the day's tasks. Think of it this way: You wouldn't head out into a storm without a coat. Checking in with yourself is your mental "weather report" - it helps you decide what you need to feel safe and supported throughout the day.
And now, here's today's Mental Health Question of the Day: (cut to video provided by Charlotte J).
