Orleans Wood Elementary School needs volunteers for their Summer Social on June 12 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. They are looking for enthusiastic helpers to assist with face painting, running activities and games, and event setup and takedown. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ottawa is seeking volunteers for their Pickleball Event on Saturday, June 20th at the Orleans Tennis Club.

Both half-day and full-day shifts are available. Volunteers are needed to assist with:

• Registration
• Scorekeeping
• Snack stations
• Raffle tables
• Court setup and takedown

All volunteers will receive a complimentary meal and refreshments.

Summerside Elementary School is looking for volunteers to help out with their grade 8 leaving ceremony on Friday, June 19. This opportunity is only available to students who have a block C spare since help is needed during the day. Please see Ms. Holtslander for more information.
