Hey, Lancers!
Did you know that an act of kindness reduces stress, improves our emotional well being and even benefits our physical health? Being kind to others is one of the easiest steps we can all take towards supporting each other and breaking the stigma around mental health.
Beginning today and through to next Wednesday, March 11th, the Mental Health Champions will be running a “Be the “I” in Kind" initiative.
If you'd like to join the Kindness movement, find the large "KIND" poster, take your photo posing as the “I” in "KIND", and submit your photo through the QR codes found beside the poster. All submissions will be entered into a draw for a prize. If you are one of the first people to "Be the "I" in KIND and submit a photo today, you'll be entered into a special "early bird" draw.
Today and everyday, take a moment to spread some kindness and make a difference in someone's day.
