Hello,
It would be appreciated if you could please read the following message from Mental Health Champions during the Laurier Live broadcast Friday, January 9th:

Feeling stressed about all the school work and studying you've got to do this month? Are you looking for a way to release some of that stress energy? Mental Health Champions will be running a stress-busting dodgeball tournament at lunch each day next week in the gym.  Each day is for a designated grade (Monday, grade 9s; Tuesday, grade 10s; Wednesday grade 11s; Thursday grade 12s).  Playoffs will take place on Friday, including a students vs staff game. Registration is taking place in the cafeteria again today at lunch. Be sure to sign your team up by the end of lunch.  Don't miss out on this opportunity to get some exercise, release that stress energy and have some fun!!

Thank you,
Ms. Adams
